Lesley has been a leader in the recruiting industry for 20 years. She has previously founded LEF Search Partners and co-founded Prokanga, an innovative practice that focused on roles with flexibility. Lesley worked to create flexible opportunities within the finance industry where previously those roles were not embraced. Throughout her career, Lesley has placed mid-level and senior-level professionals at some of the industry's most prominent Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms. Earlier in her career, she worked in advertising, with brands such as Estee Lauder, Unilever and Procter and Gamble. Lesley earned her BA from the University of Michigan and is a proud mother to three daughters.​​​​​​​

Cameron is a Senior Executive Recruiter at Finer Recruiting, specializing in building strong client relationships and placing top talent across the firm’s core practice areas. He began his career at Selby Jennings as a founding hire for the Tampa, FL office, helping establish the firm’s Private Equity division and earning multiple awards for his success with both clients and candidates.  Known for his genuine commitment to understanding the needs of those he works with, Cameron ensures that the details that matter most are always delivered on. He played collegiate baseball at Warner University, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Management.

Julie El Taher is an Executive Recruiter with a diverse background in trading and finance. Julie began her career on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney. She then was an early joiner at Bloomberg Tradebook, where she worked on building their electronic international equity business in the US. Julie later went on to become a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where she helped build AES (Advanced Execution Services), responsible for electronic and high frequency trading in Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC out of the Americas. She holds degrees in Economics and Design from Fordham University and Parsons School of Design.

Kelly Tiedeken is a Senior Executive Recruiter with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held key roles in Investor Relations and Capital Introductions at iConnections, Context Summits and Wells Fargo. Kelly previously worked in research and trading at multiple hedge funds, including Tower Capital and Brightleaf Capital. Kelly began her career as an assistant trader at Deutsche Bank Asset Management. She holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Penn State University. Kelly lives in Chatham, New Jersey, with her husband and three children.

Aislin Hempstead is an Executive Recruiter at Finer Recruiting, focused on client relationships and top talent placement across the firm's core practice areas. Aislin brings firsthand financial industry experience to her recruiting practice. She began her career as an equity research analyst at Granite Point Capital, a Boston-based long/short equity hedge fund, before expanding her expertise through roles in technology and real estate development, where she focused on capital stack formation and private capital raising. She holds a BBA in Finance from UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management and is currently based in Manhattan.

With 5 years of experience sniffing out the best spots to pee (and finding the best snacks), Bailey brings a natural talent for tracking down top professionals. He specializes in ball retrieval, barking his input on recruiter calls, and providing emotional support during long interview days. Bailey has a sixth sense for good vibes and can instantly tell who's a good fit (and who might need a belly rub). When he's not snoozing through meetings or making office visits, he is scouting out top recruits, usually at the dog park.
