Lesley has been a leader in the recruiting industry for 20 years. She has previously founded LEF Search Partners and co-founded Prokanga, an innovative practice that focused on roles with flexibility. Lesley worked to create flexible opportunities within the finance industry where previously those roles were not embraced. Throughout her career, Lesley has placed mid-level and senior-level professionals at some of the industry's most prominent Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms. Earlier in her career, she worked in advertising, with brands such as Estee Lauder, Unilever and Procter and Gamble. Lesley earned her BA from the University of Michigan and is a proud mother to three daughters.​​​​​​​

Chris covers all facets of the Global Financial Markets business, including sales and trading, structured finance, principal investment and research. Chris has over 20 years of recruiting experience specializing in senior level hires.
His clients consist of Buy and Sell-side Institutions transacting globally across asset classes. Additionally, he has worked with distinguished global firms to assist them with internal business development. Previously, Chris has ran his own boutique global recruiting firm.
Chris majored in Economics and Psychology with a Mathematics minor at Syracuse University. Chris is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC both as a mentor and with fundraising. He was chosen nationwide to address Congress regarding grass root solutions to inner city problems.

Julie El Taher is an Executive Recruiter with a diverse background in trading and finance. Julie began her career on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney. She then was an early joiner at Bloomberg Tradebook, where she worked on building their electronic international equity business in the US. Julie later went on to become a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where she helped build AES (Advanced Execution Services), responsible for electronic and high frequency trading in Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC out of the Americas. She holds degrees in Economics and Design from Fordham University and Parsons School of Design.

Eric Benda has over 30 years of technology experience in the financial space. As the owner and CTO of Soundshore Technology Group, he provided IT design, support, and compliance solutions to Hedge Funds, PE firms, REITs, and other alternative investment firms. Early in his career, he worked for Reuters, providing options trading support on the NYSE and AMEX floors. He holds a BS in Finance from Fordham and resides in Fairfield County, CT with his wife.

With 5 years of experience sniffing out the best spots to pee (and finding the best snacks), Bailey brings a natural talent for tracking down top professionals. He specializes in ball retrieval, barking his input on recruiter calls, and providing emotional support during long interview days. Bailey has a sixth sense for good vibes and can instantly tell who's a good fit (and who might need a belly rub). When he's not snoozing through meetings or making office visits, he is scouting out top recruits, usually at the dog park.
