With almost 60 years of collective industry experience/expertise, we have insight, an incredible network of relationships, and hands-on experience in all nuances of the industry. Both Finer and Trimmer have held senior leadership roles. Finer was Head Trader at JAT Capital before he built and then ran a $65mm Outsourced Trading Desk at Jefferies, while Trimmer was co-CEO of Weeden & Co for 5 years, while heading 3 other trading desks on Wall Street. We are the only Executive Recruiting Firm whose partners have had full careers in their respective fields – we are acutely aware of what employers want and we know exactly which employees will be successful.
