Most recently, Brett was Managing Director and US Head of Outsourced Trading at Jefferies LLC, a trading desk that he built and founded. Prior to Jefferies, Brett spent over 15 years on the buyside in various roles including Head Trader of JAT Capital, and Senior Trader at Kensico Capital and Shumway Capital. He earned his B.B.A from the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Todd Trimmer began his career on Wall St. at Weeden & Co. in 1993 spending 21 years at the firm as Head of US equities and later serving as its Co-CEO for 5 years. Currently, Todd is a Managing Director at Maxim Group and Co-Head of the firm’s Cash Equity Trading desk in their CT office. Todd has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry heading desks at Jones Trading, Auerbach Grayson, and Guggenheim Partners. Todd is a graduate of Yale University. ​

Eric Benda has over 30 years of technology experience in the financial space. As the owner and CTO of Soundshore Technology Group he provided IT design, support and compliance solutions to Hedge Funds, PE firms, REITs and other alternative investment firms. Early in his career he worked for Reuters providing options trading support on the NYSE and AMEX floors. He holds a BS in Finance for Fordham and resides in Boulder CO with his wife.

Julie El Taher is an Executive Recruiter with a diverse background in trading and finance. Julie began her career on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney. She then was an early joiner at Bloomberg Tradebook, where she worked on building their electronic international equity business in the US. Julie later went on to become a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where she helped build AES (Advanced Execution Services) responsible for electronic and high frequency trading in Canada, LATAM, Europe and APAC out of the Americas. She holds degrees in Economics and Design from Fordham University and Parsons School of Design.

Eric Einfalt has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, encompassing leadership roles within trading firms, fintech firms, and banks. Most recently he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Eventus, and prior to that spent 13 years as a Partner at two different global proprietary trading firms, XR Trading and Sun Trading.  Eric got his start in the business as a CPA at PwC before being hired by Merrill Lynch to build out their HFT client division.  Eric completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and went on to earn an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  He is also an Army veteran having served in Operation Desert Storm, and a proud husband and father of three.

Skylar Cody is a versatile assistant with experience supporting individuals and families. Through her proactive and organized nature and a positive, outgoing attitude, she is highly skilled in maximizing efficiency of daily operations, productivity, and organizational cohesion. In her free time, Sky also teaches indoor cycling classes which have fostered her ability to build and maintain relationships both in the fitness and professional communities.
