Meet the Partners
Brett Finer
Founding Partner
Brett Finer has over 23 years of experience spanning across the buy-side and sell-side. Most recently, Brett was Managing Director and US Head of Outsourced Trading at Jefferies LLC, a trading desk that he built and founded. Prior to Jefferies, Brett spent over 15 years on the buyside in various roles including Head Trader of JAT Capital, and Senior Trader at Kensico Capital and Shumway Capital. He earned his B.B.A from the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Eric Einfalt
Partner
Eric Einfalt has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, encompassing leadership roles within trading firms, fintech firms, and banks. Most recently he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Eventus, and prior to that spent 13 years as a Partner at two different global proprietary trading firms, XR Trading and Sun Trading. Eric got his start in the business as a CPA at PwC before being hired by Merrill Lynch to build out their HFT client division. Eric completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and went on to earn an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also an Army veteran having served in Operation Desert Storm, and a proud husband and father of three.
